This is an awesome tuna fish salad recipe. This recipe has been used by many catering companies for years. The curry powder and parmesean chease are an odd combination but this makes a terrific tuna salad! You can use it on crackers or on a sandwich. Any one who tries this will want the recipe, I guarantee it!
Ingredients
- 1 can of tuna (in water or oil)
- 6 tablespoons of mayonnaise or your favorite salad dressing
- 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
- pinch of dried minced onion flakes
- 1/4 teaspoon curry powder
- 1 tablespoon dried parsley
- 1 teaspoon dried dill weed
- 1 pinch garlic powder
Directions
- In a medium bowl, stir together the tuna fish, mayo, parmesan cheese, and minced onion flakes. Add seosonings (curry powder, parsley, dill and garlic powder). Mix together and serve with crackers or on a sandwich.

The Easiest Macaroni Tuna Casserole Recipe
This is a delicious and easy to make tuna casserole recipe using macaroni noodles!
Ingredients:
3 cups macaroni noodles
2 cans tuna fish (strained)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup of milk
1-1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 medium sized onion chopped
1 medium sized bell pepper chopped
2 tablespoons of salt
2 tablespoons of black pepper
4 tablespoons butter or margarine
Bread crumbs
Directions:
1. Boil and strain macaroni noodles
2. Sautee onions and bell peppers with butter for about 4 minutes
3. Add milk, cream of mushroom soup, salt and pepper to the onions and bell peppers. Bring to a simmer.
4. Mix macaroni noodles, sauce, 1 cup of cheese, and tuna fish in a lightly buttered/oiled baking pan
5. Sprinkle remaining cheese and bread crumbs on top
6. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes (until bread crumbs are browned)
Serves 4 to 8 people. Enjoy!
Notes: This is a very basic tuna casserole recipe. You can add more cheese for a cheesier flavor or more tuna for a fishier flavor. Also, a bag of frozen peas and carrots is a tasty addition to this macaroni tuna casserole recipe.
